Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Apparel Sales Manager with a strong background in the U.S. domestic market. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding sales with key retail accounts, focusing on private label/national brands and OEM/ODM apparel programs. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the U.S. retail landscape, established buyer relationships, and a proven ability to drive business growth through collaborative execution. Key Responsibilities - Lead sales activities with major U.S. retailers, including mass, department store, and specialty channels
- Serve as the key liaison with buying teams, managing the end-to-end sales process from development to delivery
- Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to deliver customized & strategic product offerings
- Analyze account performance, manage order forecasts, and provide business updates to internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with overseas factories and internal departments
- Participate in customer meetings, market visits, and trade shows as needed
Qualifications - 5–10 years of apparel sales experience in the U.S. domestic wholesale or supplier market
- Strong understanding of private label and OEM/ODM business models
- Proven track record in managing retail accounts and achieving sales targets
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across design, production, and logistics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or related field preferred
